Hiya fellow fitness enthusiasts!


  This blog is the best way to be held accountable for my actions. I have been obsessed with fitness since the age of 16 when I started to gain the most weight I ever had. Though I was always pretty active and danced for 10 years, I became saddened by life events and turned to food and sleep for recovery. Alas, that turned into depression due to my appearance change and being uncomfortable in my own body. I started to become self-conscious, turning to fitness to change my life. Sadly, it turned into an addiction and series of eating disorders. I struggled with them every day for the past 9 years. Now at 25, I have decided that enough is enough! Slowly, but surely, I am on the positive path to recovery! I have developed a love for weightlifting, macro dieting, and manifesting a positive outlook. I created this blog to be inspired by other women, but to inspire as well.
